高校教师教学激励机制存在问题及对策研究

摘　　要：高校是人才培养的摇篮,对人才的培养担负着重要的责任,高校教师的教学水平对人才培养有着十分重要的意义。在高校日益重视教师队伍建设、重视教师教学水平提高的大背景下,完善高校教师教学激励机制对提高教师教学积极主动性,提高人才质量具有重要意义。文章从高校的"重科研轻教学"现象普遍、教学管理模式不够完善、教学考核制度不健全等方面入手,分析我国高校教师教学激励方面存在的问题,并提出改革职称评定制度、完善教学管理模式、构建多元化的高校教师教学评价系统等措施,提高教师教学水平。Universities are the cradle of talent training and bear important responsibility for talent training. The teaching level of university teachers is very important to the training of talents. Under the background that universities pay more and more attention to the construction of teachers and the improvement of teachers’ teaching level, it is of great significance to improve teachers’ teaching initiative and the quality of talents by perfecting the motivation mechanism of university teachers’ teaching. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the teaching motivation of university teachers from the aspects of the phenomenon of"paying more attention to scientific research than to teaching", the imperfection of teaching management mode and the imperfection of teaching assessment system, and puts forward some measures to improve the teaching level such as reforming the professional title evaluation system,perfecting the teaching management mode and constructing diversified teaching evaluation system of university teachers.
