摘 要:针对含铬废水毒性大、处理难的问题,基于正交和单因素试验,研究了超声波辅助法制备的纳米FeS对废水中铬的去除效果,并探讨了纳米FeS去除铬的机理。结果表明,纳米FeS的最佳制备条件:以(NH4)2Fe(SO4)2·6H2O作铁源,铁源溶液滴加流速为0.44 mL/s,n(Fe)/n(S)为3.0。以此条件下制备的纳米FeS处理含铬废水,Cr(Ⅵ)和总铬去除率分别可达81.65%、69.5%。SEM和XRD分析表明,处理含铬废水后,纳米FeS颗粒表面出现大块球形晶体结构的Cr(OH)3和Cr2S3。Aiming at the problems of high toxicity and difficult treatment of chromium containing wastewater,based on orthogonal and single factor experiments,the removal effect of chromium in wastewater by nano FeS prepared by ultrasonic assisted method was studied,and the mechanism of chromium removal by nano FeS was discussed.The results showed that the optimum preparation conditions of nano FeS were as follows:using(NH4)2Fe(SO4)2·6H2O as iron source,the dropping flow rate of iron source solution 0.44 mL/s,n(Fe)/n(S)=3.0.Under these preparation conditions,the removal rates of Cr(Ⅵ)and total chromium in wastewater by nano FeS could reach 81.65%and 69.5%respectively.SEM and XRD analysis showed that Cr(OH)3 and Cr2S3 with large spherical crystal structure appeared on the surface of nano FeS particles after treatment of wastewater containing chromium.
