摘 要:为研究酪蛋白水解物为碳源的强化生物除磷系统的启动及其性能,采用序批式反应器对系统启动过程中污染物的去除效果、聚磷菌的富集以及不同温度和厌氧时间下系统内菌群结构变化进行了考察。结果表明:常温(20℃)下,增加厌氧时间,除磷率无明显变化,PO43-去除率均在40%以下;增加厌氧时间后降低温度至15℃,除磷率提高,PO43-去除率均在65%以上,且污泥增殖迅速,沉降性能较好。高通量测序结果表明,9种聚磷菌的相对丰度能随运行条件的改变而不断变化。In order to study the start-up and performance of the enhanced biological phosphorus removal system using sodium casein hydrolysate as the sole carbon source,a sequencing batch reactor was used to investigate the effect of pollutant removal and the enrichment of polyphosphate accumulating organisms during the start-up of the system,and the changes in the microflora structure of the system under different temperatures and anaerobic times.The results showed that at room temperature(20℃),increasing anaerobic time,the phosphorus removal rate did not change obviously,and the removal rate of PO43-were below 40%.After increasing the anaerobic time,the temperature reduced to 15℃,the phosphorus removal rate increased,the removal rate of PO43-were above 65%,and the sludge multiplied rapidly,the sedimentation performance was better.The results of high-throughput sequencing showed that the relative abundance of 9 types of polyphosphate accumulating organisms changed with the operating condition.
