摘 要:重点阐述了百万吨乙烯装置脱辛烷塔系统真空泵腐蚀问题,通过分析找出真空泵系统腐蚀的主要原因为垢下腐蚀及溶解氧腐蚀,同时由于防腐剂注入量不足及高温工作环境加剧了真空泵腐蚀程度。最终在采取增大脱盐水罐冲洗力度、系统消漏除氧、加大防腐剂注入量、疏通流程降低工作温度等措施下,真空泵系统腐蚀问题得到有效缓解,保证了真空泵系统长周期平稳运行。This paper focuses on the corrosion of vacuum pump in the deoctanizer of a megaton ethylene plant. It was found that the main causes of the corrosion in vacuum pump system were under-deposit corrosion and dissolved oxygen corrosion. At the same time, the corrosion of the vacuum pump was aggravated by the insufficient injection of preservatives and the high temperature working environment. Finally, the corrosion in the vacuum pump system was effectively alleviated by intensifying the flushing of desalted water tank, eliminating the leakage and removing the oxygen in the system, increasing the injection amount of preservatives, dredging the process flow and reducing the working temperature, thus ensuring the long-term and stable operation of the vacuum pump system.
