摘 要:对27份供试万寿菊的农艺性状、色素含量及理论产量进行对比分析,结果表明,万寿菊花瓣产量及叶黄素含量因品种不同而不同,其中蒙菊的干花瓣产量最高(1891.35 kg/hm 2),士杰3号次之(1831.35 kg/hm 2);叶黄素含量较高的品种为士杰常规2号(1.778 g/kg)、赤菊1号(1.648 g/kg)及士杰3号(1.623 g/kg),叶黄素产量较高的品种为士杰3号(2.999 kg/hm 2)、蒙菊(2.361 kg/hm 2)。从农艺性状、色素含量综合分析,士杰3号是优良的色素万寿菊生产栽培品种;蒙菊次之,可加大种植密度应用;士杰常规2号、赤菊1号、猩红4号可作为育种亲本再经进一步选育或培育,有望成为优良的育种原材料或常规新品种。The agronomic characteristics,pigment content and theoretical yield of 27 test marigolds were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the petal yield and lutein content of marigold were different with different varieties.Among them,the dry petal yield of Mengju was the highest(1891.35 kg/hm 2),followed by Shijie No.3(1831.35 kg/hm 2);varieties with higher lutein content were Shijie Changgui No.2(1.778 g/kg),Chiju No.1(1.648 g/kg)and Shijie No.3(1.623 g/kg),the varieties with higher lutein yield were Shijie No.3(2.999 kg/hm 2)and Mengju(2.361 kg/hm 2).From the comprehensive analysis of agronomic traits and pigment content,Shijie No.3 is an excellent variety for the production and cultivation of pigment marigold;Mengju was the second,which could increase the planting density application;Shijie Changgui No.2,Chiju No.1 and Xinghong No.4 could be used as breeding parents,and they were expected to become excellent breeding raw materials or new conventional varieties after further breeding or cultivation.
