摘 要:高速高精全自动生化分析仪的研制随着精准医疗临床生化检测需求的提高越发深入,用户和市场对生化检测加样环节的重复性、稳定性、准确性等要求逐步提高,因而需要对现有生化分析仪的结构进行改进和完善.本文设计了一款快速且精准稳定的生化分析仪加样系统,通过对光电编码器的改进以及结合电容式传感原理设计了加样针运动模块,使该加样系统能够满足最小精确加样量的需求,并将其应用于高、低速全自动生化分析仪中进行测试.首先采用Pro/E5.0对加样系统的机械结构进行设计建模,随后对设计方案进行优化改进并加工研制样机,最后利用仪器设备实物样机进行试验调试和验证.通过精准稳定的机械传动设计和对加样针的精确定位,本文设计的加样系统使加样过程中的微量加样控制更为准确和便利,有利于保障全自动生化检测的性能.With the development of high-speed, high-precision and full-automatic biochemical analyzer, the demand of clinical biochemical test in precision medicine is increasing, and the requirements of users and market for the repeatability, stability, accuracy and other aspects of biochemical test sample adding are gradually increasing, so the structure of the existing biochemical analyzer needs to be improved and improved. In this paper, a fast, accurate and stable sample adding system for biochemical analyzer is designed. By improving the photoelectric encoder and combining with the principle of capacitive sensor, the movement module of sample adding needle is designed, so that the sample adding system can meet the demand of minimum accurate sample adding quantity, and it is applied to the high and low speed automatic biochemical analyzer for testing. The mechanical structure of the sample adding system is designed and modeled by Pro/e5.0. The design scheme is optimized and improved, and the prototype is processed and developed. The physical prototype of the instrument and equipment is used for test debugging and verification. Through the precise and stable mechanical transmission design and the precise positioning of the sample adding needle, the sample adding system designed in this paper makes the micro sample adding control in the process of sample, adding more accurate and convenient. It is beneficial to guarantee the automatic biochemical detection performance.
