摘　　要：阿尔兹海默病(AD)是临床上常见的慢性中枢系统疾病,临床主要表现为认知功能障碍与记忆损害,同时也是一种进行性不可逆的神经系统退行性疾病。因其发病隐匿,临床主要依赖体检和心理学量表做出诊断,而影像学研究能更直观且准确发掘AD的具体病理生理学特征。西医治疗长期没有取得突破性进展,针灸疗法是我国治疗AD的一大特色,其疗效已经被广泛认可并已经在临床广为应用。功能磁共振成像(fMRI)如今是研究AD的主流手段,具有数据准确直观可视的特点;正电子发射型计算机断层显像(PET)能灵敏地检测出脑功能的细微异常变化。本文对近年来应用f MRI和PET成像技术分析针刺治疗阿尔兹海默病的研究进展进行综述。Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is a common chronic central system disease clinically,mainly manifested as cognitive dysfunction and memory impairment.It is also a progressive and irreversible neurodegenerative disease.Due to its insidious onset,clinical diagnosis mainly relies on physical examination and psychological scale,while imaging studies can more intuitively and accurately explore the specific pathophysiological characteristics of AD.Western medicine has not made a breakthrough for a long time.Acupuncture is a major feature of the treatment of AD in China,and its efficacy has been widely recognized and widely used in clinical practice.Functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI)is now the mainstream method to study AD,with the characteristics of accurate,intuitive and visual data.Positron emission computed tomography(PET)is sensitive to detect subtle abnormalities in brain function.In this paper,the recent progress in the application of f MRI and PET imaging in the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease by acupuncture is reviewed.
