摘 要:目的:研究沙盘游戏治疗对注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)儿童自我意识的影响。方法:选取2016年7月—2019年7月于惠州市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心就诊的ADHD患儿,随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组接受ADHD行为干预指导,研究组在此基础上接受沙盘游戏治疗,治疗前后采用CSCS量表对患儿进行评估。结果:沙盘游戏治疗可有效改善患儿CSCS行为、智力与学校情况、躯体外貌与属性、焦虑、合群、幸福与满足6个方面的情况;对照组仅可改善患儿行为、合群及总的自我意识水平;与对照组相比,研究组整体自我意识水平有明显提高。结论:沙盘游戏可有效提高ADHD儿童的自我意识水平,建议在临床上进行推广。Objective:To study the effect of sand table play therapy on self-awareness of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).Methods:The children with ADHD who were treated at Huizhou Maternal and Child Health Family Planning Service Center from July 2016 to July 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group received ADHD behavioral intervention guidance,and the study group was based on this Received sand table game therapy,and the children were evaluated with the CSCS scale before and after treatment.Results:Sand table game therapy can effectively improve children’s CSCS behavior,intelligence and school conditions,physical appearance and attributes,anxiety,social group,happiness and satisfaction;the control group can only improve children’s behavior,social group and total self Awareness level:Compared with the control group,the study group’s overall self-awareness level was significantly improved.Conclusion:Sand table games can effectively improve the self-awareness of ADHD children,and it is recommended to be promoted clinically.
