摘  要:本文基于PID控制设计汽车电子机械制动系统。首先设计系统总框架,其次进行系统硬件与软件设计,最后通过系统动态化测试验证系统可行性与稳定性。测试结果表明,此系统可实现常规制动与电子驻车制动多元化功能,运行稳定性与可靠性良好。制动距离与减速度时,可基于负载与电机功率增加,满足汽车行车制动与驻车制动指标,且与四轮新型电制动系统试验台有机配合,可为四轮防抱死制动系统与车辆控制系统稳定性、可靠性奠定坚实的基础。In this paper,the automobile electronic and mechanical braking system is designed based on PID control.Firstly,the general framework and structure of the system are designed,and then the hardware and software of the system are designed.Finally,the feasibility and stability of the system are verified by the dynamic test of the system.The test results show that the system can realize the diversified functions of conventional braking and electronic parking braking,and the operation stability and reliability are good.The braking distance and deceleration can be based on the increase of load and motor power,meet the braking index of automobile driving and parking,and cooperate with the four-wheel new electric braking system test-bed organically,which can lay a solid foundation for the stability and reliability of the four-wheel anti-lock braking system and the vehicle control system.
