摘　　要：目的收集乳腺癌患者转移灶标本,分析FLOT1基因检测对乳腺癌早诊早治的意义。方法收集2018年5月至2019年5月的晚期乳腺癌患者96例转移灶病理标本(乳腺癌组),对标本蜡块取材或对病理切片进行FLOT1基因定量定性检测,同时选取良性乳腺肿瘤或者良性增生结节病理标本96例为空白对照组,给予FLOT1基因定量定性检测,分析其价值。结果转移病灶标本的FLOT1基因蛋白定量高于空白对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);乳腺癌患者转移灶标本的FLOT1基因检测阳性率高于空白对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论晚期乳腺癌患者的转移灶标本中FLOT1基因检测高表达,可以预见FLOT1基因检测在乳腺癌早诊早治中的价值,即对乳腺良性肿瘤或者高危及易感人群相关的乳腺增生结节进行FLOT1基因定量定性检测,能评估其发生乳腺癌的风险。Objective To investigate the significance of FLOT1 gene detection in metastatic tumor tissues for early diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.Methods A total of 96 pathological specimens of metastatic foci from patients with advanced breast cancer who were treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were collected as observation group,at the same time,96 cases of benign breast tumor or benign hyperplasia nodules tissues were collected as control group.The FLOT1gene quantitate and qualitation detection was performed.Results The levels of FLOT1 protein in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).And the positive rate of FLOT1 gene detection in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The high expression of FlOT1 gene in metastatic lesions of patients with advanced breast cancer may have important significance of FlOT1 gene detection for early diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer,and quantitative and qualitative detection of the FLOT1 gene in benign breast tumors or high risk hyperplastic breast nodules can assess the risk of incidence of breast cancer.
