摘 要:针对武汉地铁7号线徐家棚站基坑工程,对明挖顺作和盖挖逆作施工方法进行比选研究。通过数值计算、设计分析和工程实践经验总结,得到如下结论:一是开创"先逆后顺再拓"新型逆作工法,相对于同等厚度(1 500 mm)围护地连墙明挖法施工,节省投资占土建总投资的7.3%;相对于1 200 mm厚地连墙明挖法施工,节省投资占土建总投资的5.3%;二是采用新型逆作法,安全可靠,投资较省,工期较优,绿色环保,是一种可持续发展和绿色建造的施工方法;三是开创钢管混凝土柱"两点机械定位工法",施工便利,精度可控,最高精度可达1/500H以上,满足设计和工程受力要求。To reasonably determine the construction method of the Xujiapeng Station of the Wuhan Metro Line 7, through numerical calculation, design analysis, and engineering practice experience summary, open-cut and cover cut top-down construction methods of this project are compared and selected. The conclusions are as follows:(1) a new reverse construction method of "first reverse, then smooth, and finally extension" is created. Compared with the open-cut construction method of the enclosure diaphragm wall with the same thickness(1,500 mm), the investment saving accounts for 7.3% of the total civil engineering investment;compared with the open-cut method of a 1,200 mm thick diaphragm wall, the saved investment accounts for 5.3% of the total civil engineering investment.(2) The new top-down method is safe and reliable, with less investment, a better construction period, and environmental protection;this is a construction method of sustainable development and green construction.(3) The "two-point mechanical positioning method" of concrete-filled steel tubular columns is created, which is convenient and precise. The maximum accuracy can reach over 1/500 h, which can meet the requirements of design and engineering.
