摘　　要："互联网+"时代,高等教育变革缘起于高等教育与信息技术的链接、融合与互通,是高等教育在信息化场域内的价值再造、价值传导与价值共享。高等教育变革正呈现"主客体关系从单向度到主体间性转向""高等教育组织从有边界到无边界转向""高等教育生态从相对封闭到开放融合转向"等时代特征。"互联网+高等教育"成为高等教育变革的时代议题。在高等教育强国建设背景下,为应对高等教育变革的机遇与挑战,高校要理性审视和评估信息技术对高等教育变革的影响,警惕技术应用对教育价值的背离、保持教育的"初心和使命"、回归教育的本质;要以互联网思维为引领,以内涵式高质量发展为路径推进高等教育变革,以"治理与善治"为方向推进高等教育治理体系和治理能力的现代化发展,在变革中把握先机、赢得转机和创造新机。In the"Internet +"era,the reform of higher education originates from the link,integration and intercommunication between higher education and information technology,which can be interpreted as the value reconstruction,value transmission and value sharing of higher education in the field of information. The reform of higher education is showing the traits of the times,for example,"the relationship between subject and object is shifting from one-dimension to inter-subjectivity","the organization of higher education is shifting from boundary to borderlessness",and"the ecology of higher education is shifting from relatively closed state to open integration"."Internet + Higher Education"has become an issue of the times in the reform of higher education and the problem is the logical starting point of all academic research. Under the background of building a powerful country in higher education,in order to respond to the opportunities and challenges of higher education reform,it is necessary to rationally examine and evaluate the impact of information technology on higher education reform,be alert to the deviation of the technology application from education value,maintain the"initial heart and mission"of education and return to the essence of education. In addition,it is also essential to promote the reform of higher education with the Internet thinking as the guide and with connotative high-quality development as the path and promote the modernization of higher education governance system and capabilities in the direction of"governance and good governance"so as to seize the first opportunity,win turnaround and create new opportunities。
