摘 要:劳动教育是人才培养体系的组成部分,是新时代党的教育方针的重要体现。劳动教育是一种文化教育,是脑力劳动和体力劳动的结合。而在大学生中开展"三创"教育是实施劳动教育和体现劳动精神的重要载体,因此必须把劳动教育融入大学生"三创"教育,通过设计劳动创新课程、开设创新创业训练计划项目"劳动专项"课题、劳动融入实践教学体系、开展劳动创意文化节等途径实现人才培养目标。Labor education is an integral part of the talent training system and an important reflec-tion of the Party’s educational policy in the new era. Labor education is a kind of cultural education com-bining mental and physical labor. Carrying out"Three creations"education among college students is animportant carrier to implement labor education and embody the spirits of labor. Therefore, it is necessaryto integrate labor education into the "Three creations" education by designing innovative labor trainingcourses, opening the"labor special"project of the innovation and entrepreneurship training programs, de-veloping the labor creative culture festival and so that can achieve the goal of talent training throughthese channels.
