摘  要:肝细胞癌(HCC)是目前世界上最常见的癌症之一。MRI是临床诊断HCC的重要影像学方法。目前基于MRI的磁性纳米探针(MNP)成为研究热点,并用于HCC诊断和分期,应用前景广阔。本文对HCC特异性靶向MNP及其在诊疗一体化中的研究进展进行综述。Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is one of the most common cancers in the world.MRI has become an important imaging method for clinical diagnosis of HCC.At present,magnetic nanoparticles(MNP)based on MRI have become a research hotspot and have been widely studied and used in the diagnosis and staging of HCC with broad application prospect.HCC specifically targeting MNP and relative research progresses in the integration of MR diagnosis and treatment of HCC were reviewed in this article.
