上消化道出血急诊内镜检查中心理护理的价值分析

摘　　要：目的探析上消化道出血急诊内镜检查中心理护理的价值。方法该实验方便所选100例明确诊断为上消化道出血患者均为该院2019年1—12月接收,所有患者均接受急诊内镜检查,基于平行对照法分为两组,对照组(50例)行常规护理方案,观察组(50例)在对照组的基础上行心理护理,对100例患者的止血成功率和并发症发生状况进行对比。结果在止血成功率方面,观察组是98.00%,对照组是86.00%,观察组比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.891,P<0.05);在并发症发生率方面,观察组是6.00%,对照组是20.00%,观察组同对照组比低,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.332,P<0.05)。结论予以采取急诊内镜检查的上消化道出血患者心理护理,不仅可以提高生活质量,同时可使并发症发生率降低,促进止血成功率的提高。Objective To explore the value of psychological nursing in emergency endoscopy for upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods The 100 patients were conveniently selected in this experiment with a clear diagnosis of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were all accepted by the hospital from January 2019 to December 2019.All patients underwent emergency endoscopy and were divided into two groups based on the parallel control method.The control group(50 cases)underwent a routine nursing program,and the observation group(50 cases)performed psychological care on the basis of the control group,and compared the success rate of hemostasis and the occurrence of complications in 100 patients.Results In terms of the success rate of hemostasis,the observation group was 98.00%,the control group was 86.00%,the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.891,P<0.05);in terms of complication rate,the observation group was 6.00%,the control group was 20.00%,the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.332,P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological care for patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding undergoing emergency endoscopy can not only improve the quality of life,but also reduce the incidence of complications and improve the success rate of hemostasis.
