摘　　要：原发性肺未分化癌是分化程度较差的一种肺癌的总称,其恶性程度高,生长快,较早发生淋巴道和血行转移,对放化疗敏感,但预后最差。根据组织学形态可分为未分化小细胞癌和未分化大细胞癌,未分化大细胞癌常称为大细胞肺癌,临床上较为罕见,占肺癌病例的1%~5%。近期南通市肿瘤医院放疗科收治1例,现总结并结合文献进行分析。Primary undifferentiated lung cancer is a kind of lung cancer with poor differentiation.Its malignant degree is high,the growth is fast,early occurrence lymphatic tract and blood line metastasis,sensitive to radiotherapy and chemotherapy,but the prognosis is the worst.It can be divided into undifferentiated small cell carcinoma and undifferentiated large cell carcinoma according to histological morphology.Undifferentiated large cell carcinoma is often called large cell lung cancer,clinically relatively rare,accounting for 1%~5%of the total lung cancer.Recently,one case was admitted to radiotherapy department of Nantong oncology hospital.Now summarize and analyze with literature.
