摘 要:目的探讨强化钙联合个体化营养指导对儿童生长发育情况及骨密度水平的影响。方法收集2017年9月~2019年9月在儿科就诊的82例营养不良儿童作为观察对象。按照随机数表法将其分为两组,其中对照组41例给予个体化营养指导;研究组41例在对照组的基础上给予强化钙干预治疗。两组儿童均接受1年的营养干预,并进行为期1年的随访。记录两组儿童干预前后的生长发育情况、营养情况以及骨密度情况。结果两组儿童干预前的平均体重、身高、胸围比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后两组儿童的平均体重、身高、胸围均较干预前增加,且研究组儿童的增加幅度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组儿童干预前的血红蛋白、血清锌、铁水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后两组儿童的血红蛋白、血清锌、铁水平均较干预前增加,研究组的增加幅度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组儿童干预前骨密度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组干预前后骨密度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组干预后的骨密度水平较干预前升高,且高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化钙联合个体化营养指导可以改善儿童生长发育情况,提高其骨密度水平。Objective To investigate the effect of calcium supplementation combined with individualized nutrition guidance on children's growth and development and bone mineral density.Methods 82 cases of Malnutrition Children in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2019 were collected as observation objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,41 cases in the control group were given individualized nutritional guidance;41 cases in the study group were given intensive calcium intervention on the basis of the control group.The two groups of children received nutrition intervention for 1 year and followed up for 1 year.The growth and development,nutritional status and bone mineral density of the two groups were recorded before and after the intervention.Results There was no significant difference in the average weight,height and chest circumference between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05);however,after the intervention,the average weight,height and chest circumference of the two groups of children were increased compared with those before the intervention,and the increase range of children in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in hemoglobin,serum zinc and iron levels between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05);however,after intervention,the hemoglobin,serum zinc and molten iron of the two groups of children increased on average,and the increase rate of children in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of BMD between the two groups before intervention was not statistically significant(P>0.05);and the BMD of the control group before and after the intervention was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after the intervention,the BMD level of the study group was higher than that before the intervention,and was higher than that of the control
