摘　　要：蛋白质的糖基化修饰在多种生物学过程中扮演重要角色,一些特定蛋白的糖基化修饰也在肿瘤转移中具有重要作用。N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖基转移酶V(N-acetylglucosaminyltransferase-V,GnT-V)是N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖基转移酶的家族成员之一,参与了多种蛋白质的N-糖基化修饰。近年研究发现,GnT-V在多种肿瘤的转移中具有重要作用。本文聚焦GnT-V,针对其在肿瘤转移中的最新研究进展进行综述。Glycan modification of protein of cell is playing an important role in many biology processes,and the glycosylation of specific membrane proteins take part in the progress of metastasis.In this review,we introduced N-acetylglucosaminyltransferase-V(GnT-V),which joins N-glycan modification formation,and in recent opinions it plays a role in the tumormetastasis.We also summarized the studies on the relationships between cancer and GnT-V in last four years.
