摘  要:针对直升机复合材料结构的服役环境和外场使用经验,分析了复合材料结构在交变气动环境下所呈现出的高周疲劳载荷特征,指出复合材料疲劳在直升机复合材料结构设计中的必要性。对直升机复合材料结构疲劳定寿体系中涉及的疲劳载荷谱编制方法、损伤失效机理、寿命预测方法及疲劳试验验证4项关键技术的研究进展进行了概述,在此基础上,根据当前复合材料疲劳寿命评定技术的研究瓶颈和发展水平,展望了未来直升机复合材料疲劳设计领域的研究重点和发展趋势。The mechanics characteristics of helicopter composite structure in the alternate aerodynamic environment was identified as a high-cycle fatigue load pattern,aiming at the service conditions and outside application experience on the composite structure,which leads to that the composite fatigue is very essential in the design of the composite structure.Four critical techniques such as the establishment of fatigue spectrum,fatigue damage and failure mechanism,fatigue life prediction and the certification of the fatigue test,which are involved in fatigue life evaluation,were presented in this manuscript.The focus and trend of the helicopter composite fatigue design in the future were pointed out based on the restriction and development level of that in the current time.
