摘 要:交流永磁伺服电动机具有高效率、高控制精度和高转矩密度的优点,在工业机械手上得到了广泛应用。因其固有特点,存在齿槽转矩,影响电机的低速性能和高精度定位,故对电机齿槽转矩进行电磁设计及优化。基于Ansys\Maxwell软件的有限元仿真,提出了一种适用性强的方法,通过调整电机永磁体结构,对齿槽转矩进行优化,结合实际产品测试对比,验证了该方法的有效性。The AC Permanent magnet synchronous motor is widely used in industrial manipulators due to its advantages of high efficiency, high control accuracy and high torque density. Because of its inherent characteristics, there exists the cogging torque affecting the low speed performance and the high precision positioning, therefore the cogging torque of the motor electromagnetic design and optimization is necessary. Based on the finite element simulation of Ansys\Maxwell software, a method with strong applicability was proposed. Adjusting the permanent magnet structure of the motor and optimizing the cogging torque, according to the test and comparison of the actual products the effectiveness of the method was verified.
