摘  要:通过1例孕晚期妊娠期糖尿病发现胎儿体重偏小的门诊患者,行个体化营养治疗后,短时间内胎儿体重明显增加的临床病例,阐述个体化营养指导对妊娠期糖尿病临床诊疗的重要性,口服补充乳清蛋白对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇及其胎儿的有利性,基于此,提出个体化营养指导对妊娠糖尿病临床治疗具有重要意义的观点,同时,为进一步开展乳清蛋白应用于妊娠期糖尿病患者的相关研究提供依据。A clinical case with a small fetal weight found in late-trimester gestational diabetes in an outpatient clinic with a significant increase in fetal weight within a short period of time after individualized nutrition therapy illustrates the importance of individualized nutrition guidance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of gestational diabetes based on the benefits of oral whey protein supplementation for pregnant women with gestational diabetes and their fetuses,this paper puts forward the view that individualized nutrition guidance is of great significance to the clinical treatment of gestational diabetes.At the same time,it provides a basis for further research on the application of whey protein to patients with gestational diabetes.
