摘 要:目的探讨“三明治”教学法在泌尿外科临床教学中的应用效果。方法共选取2018年7月-2019年7月在该院泌尿外科实习的100名实习生作为研究对象,根据实习生人院实习的先后将其分为两组,每组50名。对照组采用传统方法带教,观察组在临床教学中运用“三明治”教学法,对两组实习生的考核成绩、综合技能和教学满意度等指标进行对比分析。结果观察组实习生的理论考核成绩和实际操作考核成绩均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习生的综合技能评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习生对教学方法的满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在泌尿外科临床教学中运用“三明治”教学法可获得理想效果,可提升实习生的理论能力和实践能力,提升实习生的综合技能,同时此种教学方法也获得了实习生的接受与认可,充分体现了此种教学模式的优势,更值得进一步推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of"sandwich"teaching method in clinical teaching of urology.Methods A total of 100 interns who practiced in urology in the hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects.Based on the sequence of internships,they were divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group used traditional methods to teach,and the observation group used the"sandwich"teaching method in clinical teaching to compare and analyze the evaluation results,comprehensive skills,and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of interns.Results The theoretical and practical evaluation scores of the interns in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the comprehensive skills scores of the interns in the observation group were significant higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group’s satisfaction with the teaching methods was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of"sandwich"teaching method in clinical teaching of urology can achieve ideal results,which can improve the theoretical and practical ability of interns,and improve the comprehensive skills of interns.At the same time,this teaching method has also been accepted and recognized by interns,
