摘　　要：新生儿重症监护病房是集中救治危重新生儿的科室,需要有先进的医疗设备和较高的诊疗水平,另外更离不开医护人员的精心护理。然而,在日常诊疗活动中,往往会过度依赖先进的医疗设备或是过度诊疗,只专注于如何治疗疾病而忽视了患儿的感受,从而对患儿病情的恢复产生不利的影响,并且有可能会对患儿出院后生长发育产生不利影响,严重者影响患儿神经系统发育,或导致支气管、肺发育不良。因此,为了避免以上的问题,亟需提高新生儿重症监护病房医护人员的人文关怀理念,重视患儿感受,避免不必要的操作,为患儿及其家属提供更为舒适、温馨和安全的医疗环境。The neonatal intensive care unit(NICU)is a department that focuses on the treatment of critically ill neonates.It requires more than advanced medical equipment and a high level of diagnosis and treatment,but meticulous care from medical staff.However,in medical practice,doctors over rely on advanced equipment or provide excessive care,focusing on treatment merely rather than patients'feelings,thus adversely affecting the recovery of neonates.It may have adverse effects on neonates after discharge,namely on their nervous system,or cause bronchopulmonary dysplasia.It is urgent to underline the humanistic care among NICU staff,and value neonates'feelings,spare unnecessary operations,and provide a more comfortable,warm and safe medical environment for patients and their families.
