摘　　要：随着人们对肺癌筛查的重视,出现了越来越多的肺结节患者;肺结节良恶性鉴别属临床难点,导致肺结节患者陷入心理恐慌,甚至焦虑、抑郁;人们对疾病诊疗认识不足,导致肺结节随访中患者面临筛查的放射性损伤、肺结节是否变化等困惑。从肺结节随访过程中患者的心理问题、肺结节随访检查过程中的放射性损伤顾虑、肺结节随访期间是否存在变化及药物滥用问题进行答疑解惑,提出医患共同决策的理念,希望得到广大医生与患者的重视并能得到更多肺结节相关临床一线工作人员和患者的认同,理性认识肺结节。With more attenttions being paid to the lung cancer screening,more patients with pulmonary nodules have been detected.It is a clinical puzzle to distinct benign and malignant lung nodules,which leads to the falling into psychological panic,even anxiety and depression.People's lack of understanding of disease diagnosis and treatment leads to the confusion during follow-up,such as radiation damage screening and whether the pulmonary nodules change.This article answers the questions from the radiological damage,psychological problems and drug abuse during the follow-up of lung nodules,and proposes the concept of shared decision making,hoping to get the agreement of doctors and patients.
