摘 要:目的研究新生儿科护理带教中使用临床护理路径的应用效果。方法选取该院2018年6月—2019年11月新生儿科的临床护理实习生58名作为研究对象,随机数字表法将实习生分为对照组(29名,实施常规新生儿科护理带教)与观察组(29名,新生儿科临床护理路径教学法),比较两组护理实习生的实际操作成绩、对知识的掌握情况及对带教方法的满意度。结果观察组护理实习生的护理操作、应急处理及护理记录各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习生儿科常见病知识、理论知识掌握情况得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对教学方法满意度方面,观察组护理实习生明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在新生儿科护理带教中实施临床护理路径教学法,能够提高实习护理生的实际操作成绩和对知识的掌握程度,并获得了实习生的高度认可。Objective To study the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in nursing teaching in neonatal department.Methods A total of 58 clinical nursing interns in the Department of Neonatology in the hospital from June 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects.The interns were divided into a control group by random number table method(29 cases,routine neonatal nursing teaching)compared with the observation group(29 cases,neonatology clinical nursing pathway teaching method),the two groups of nursing interns were compared with their actural performance,their mastery of knowledge and their satisfaction with teaching methods.Results The scores of nursing operation,emergency treatment and nursing records of the nursing interns in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group interns had knowledge of common pediatric diseases and theoretical knowledge score was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in terms of satisfaction with teaching methods,the nursing interns in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of clinical nursing path teaching method in neonatology nursing teaching can improve the actural performance and the mastery of knowledge of interns,and it has been highly recognized by interns.
