摘　　要：目的探讨癌症患者重返工作适应体验及应对资源。方法基于扎根理论研究方法对30位重返工作的癌症患者进行深度访谈.用初始编码、聚焦编码和理论编码的方式分析访谈资料。结果癌症患者适应重返工作是其利用优势资源重建自我的过程,适应体验包括专注康复、重建效能、调整规划等三个阶段,应对资源包括个人资源和外部资源。结论医护人员应关注癌症患齐重返工作的适应问题.充分调动应对资源.以帮助患者适应重返工作。Objective To explore the adaptation experience and coping resources of cancer patients re tu rning to w ork.Methods 30 cancer patientvS who had returned to work were interviewed in depth w ith the grounded theory m ethod,and the interview data were analyzed by initial coding,focusing coding and theoretical coding.Results Cancer p atien ts?adaption to return to work was a process of rebuilding them selves by using their superior resources.The adaptation experience included three stag es:focusing on rehabilitatio n,rebuilding effectiveness,as well as adjusting and planning.Response resources included personal resources and external resources.Conclusions Medical staff vshould pay attention to the adaptation of cancer patients in the process of returning to work,and fully mobilize the coping resources to help patients adapt to prom ote their return to work.
