摘 要:针对当前体育教师核心素养存在的城乡差异现象,运用文献资料法、逻辑归纳等方法,从社会学视角对体育教师核心素养城乡差异的因素进行了解析。研究认为:城乡二元结构和城市先行的教育发展策略是体制性因素;城乡教学资源配置不均衡和生活水平的差异是经济因素;学校文化和社区文化的差异是文化因素。提出构建城乡一体化学校体育校本教研机制、城乡一体化体育教师核心素养建设保障机制以及涵养提升教师核心素养土壤等调适策略,提升农村体育教师核心素养,从而促进体育教师队伍的协调发展。Aiming at the phenomenon of urban and rural differences of the core literacy of physical education teachers,this paper analyzes the factors of urban and rural physical education teachers′core literacy and the differences from the perspective of sociology.The authours point out that:the dual structure of urban and rural areas and the current educational development of cities strategy is the institutional factors;urban and rural teaching resources allocation is uneven and the difference in living standards is the economic factors;the difference of school culture and community culture is cultural factors.It proposes to build a school-based teaching and research mechanism for physical education in an urban-rural integrated school and construct a guarantee mechanism for the core literacy construction of an urban-rural integrated physical education teacher.There is also a need to establish an adjustment strategy to improve the core literacy soil of teachers and enhance the core literacy of rural physical education teachers,thereby promoting the coordinated development of the physical education teachers.
