摘 要:为了探索优秀女子篮球运动员投篮出手运动学特征和规律,运用生物力学方法,针对国家队U16女子运动员,采用高速摄像和运动技术解析系统测试,采集12名运动员3个不同距离原地投篮相关运动学参数。研究表明,采集投篮距离、出手高度和出手角度等参数,可计算获取篮球出手速度以及飞行轨迹,在定距离同样出手高度投篮时,优秀运动员出手角度是影响命中率的重要因素。在投篮训练建议提高稳定命中率的最小出手速度,加强出手高度的稳定性和加强上肢肌群稳定协调力量,以维持出手角度的稳定性,可有效提高命中率。The study employs the bio-mechanical approach to analyze the theoretical parameters of shots in different distance on U16 female basketball players from Chinese national team,by means of high-speed video camera and sports technique analytic testing,aiming at exploring the characteristics of shooting technique of top female basketball players.The relevant kinematic and bio-mechanical parameters are collected from 12 subjects in three different distances standing shots.Both theoretical and empirical studies show that the flight speed and flight trajectory of basketball can be obtained by calculating the shooting distance,shooting height and shooting angle.The shooting angle of the same top athlete is the key factor of the shooting rate under the condition of shooting at the same shooting height in certain distance.Furthermore,the study suggests that in shooting training,improving the minimum shooting speed of stable shooting rate,enhancing the stability of shooting height and strengthening the stability and coordination of upper limb muscle group,for maintaining the stability of shooting angle,can effectively improve the shot rate.
