摘　　要：毛泽东在领导中国革命和建设的历史过程中,从领导干部必备的战略领导方法、思想领导方法、基本工作方法等三个主要维度对领导方法进行了创新性探索、科学性总结、理论性概括,形成了独具特色的领导方法理论体系。重温毛泽东关于领导方法的重要论述,系统梳理他关于领导方法和领导艺术的思想理论,对于全体党员特别是领导干部具有重要理论启示和实践价值。从理论体系上看,毛泽东领导方法思想主要包括战略维度、思想维度、工作维度。In the historical process of leading Chinese revolution and construction,Mao Zedong made innovative explorations,scientific conclusions and theoretical summary of the leading methods from three main dimensions,i.e. strategic leading methods,ideological leading methods,and basic working methods,which are necessary for leading cadres.Thus,a unique theoretical system of leading methods has been formed. It has important theoretical enlightenment and practical value for all Party members,especially leading cadres to review Mao Zedong’s important works on leading methods and systematically sort out his ideological theories on leading methods and the art of leadership. From the perspective of the theoretical system,Mao Zedong ’ s thoughts on leading methods mainly include strategic dimensions,ideological dimensions,and work dimensions.
