摘　　要：虚劳首见于《金匮要略》,叶天士在继承张仲景虚劳辨治基础上又多有发挥。研究《增补临证指南医案·虚劳》医案发现,叶天士对虚劳病因认识全面,如四诊合参,重视观察患者的行动、肌肉、饮食增减;精于脉诊,常左右对举以辨阴阳;注重天人一体,因时而治,认为“交节病加”,辨治方面,偏阴虚者主张用药贵纯、重在调摄,阴阳两虚者主张柔阳守阴、忌投刚燥,病至脾胃过中不治,无论阴虚阳虚均以甘温建中为法。Consumptive disease is first found in Synopsis of Golden Chamber.YE Tian-shi gave full play to it on the basis of inheriting ZHANG Zhong-jing's treatment of consumptive disease.YE Tian-shi had a comprehensive understanding of it.He paid attention to the observation of patients'actions,muscles and diet by combining the four diagnosis methods.He was good at pulse diagnosis and often raised left and right to distinguish Yin and Yang.He paid attention to the integration of heaven and man and time in the aspect of syndrome differentiation and treatment,those who are partial to Yin deficiency advocate to use medicine with high purity,focusing on regulating and taking,those who are both deficient in Yin and Yang advocate to keep Yin with soft Yang,and those who are not allowed to use rigid dryness should not be treated when they are sick to the spleen and stomach,No matter the deficiency of Yin and Yang,the method is to build the middle with sweet temperature.
