宋本《金匮要略》首篇来源及原貌之探讨

摘　　要：明代赵开美本《金匮要略》首篇“脏腑经络先后病”是后世称张仲景“治未病”的理论来源,然而浅田栗园、胡希恕、陆渊雷等却认为此篇非张仲景所作,针对此问题笔者就篇名、五行理论的部分进行探讨,发现五行理论与经方不属同一体系,经方的指导思想应为八纲及四气五味,而五行在张仲景书中出现频率极低,且首篇篇名在宋以前不见记载。在《脉经》中首篇为“平卒尸厥脉证第一”,推测五行部分内容是宋臣从《难经》《医门方》等书中辑录而来,“脏腑经络先后病”之篇名亦非作者原意,《金匮要略》首篇原貌应为治“卒中”方,篇中记载了桂枝汤、还魂汤等治疗自缢死、客忤死的条文,“卒中”之病最危最急,不应散落于四处,而应列于篇首方便查找救急,更具临床意义。The first chapter of ZHAO Kai-mei's version Synopsis Golden Chamber is the theoretical source of ZHANG Zhong-jing's"treatment of disease"in the later generations.However,TIAN Li-yuan,HU Xi-shu,LU Yuan-lei and others,don’t think that this article is made by Zhongjing.For this problem,the author probe into the title and the theory of the five elements,and finds that the five elements theory and the prescription are not in the same system,and the first chapter is not recorded before the Song dynasty.The title of the first chhapter in classic of Pulse is"corpse syncope syndrome first",it is speculated that this part of the content is written by SONG Chen from the Classic of difficulties and Medical prescription.and the original appearance of the first article from"Golden Chambers"should be"corpse syncope syndrome",which is more meaningful for clinical.
