摘  要:目的:分析新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情期间影像护理实习生临床实习教学方法与教学质量,实现影像护理线上教学预期效果。方法:选取2020年COVID-19疫情期间线上临床实习教学护理实习生纳入线上教学组,另选上年度同期线下教学护理实习生纳入线下教学组,每组37名,分析比较两组教学计划及专科试卷考核成绩。采用理论试卷与操作流程考核标准,对两组护理实习生COVID-19理论知识与防护掌握程度进行考核,评价COVID-19疫情下线上实习教学计划与质量。结果:线上教学组临床实习教学计划与去年同期线下教学组相比,课程数量增加COVID-19相关理论知识、六步洗手法操作以及正确摘戴医用外科口罩操作3项,总课时数增加19课时,操作技能教学由线下操作练习更改为观看操作视频。线上教学组和线下教学组专科理论考核、理论授课综合能力和文献查阅与综述撰写能力成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(t=100.39,t=99.23,t=124.72;P>0.05)。线上教学组COVID-19理论知识问卷星考核试卷与防护操作流程考核总成绩(94.32±2.77)分,教学效果较好。结论:疫情期间影像护理实习生线上临床实习质量良好,通过对其教学方法、教学内容调整以及制定切合疫情期间线上教学实际的教学计划,既可保证教学效果,又可弥补疫情期间无法完成线下实习教学的不足。Objective:To analyze the teaching methods and teaching quality of clinical practice of imaging nursing interns during the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic so as to achieve the expected effect of online teaching of imaging nursing.Methods:Nursing interns who received online clinical practice teaching during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 were selected as the online teaching group,and nursing interns who received offline teaching in the same period of last year were selected as the offline teaching group,with 37 students in each group.And the teaching plan and examination results of special course between two groups were analyzed and compared.The theoretical examination paper and assessment standards of operation process were adopted to check the mastery degrees of nursing interns of two groups for the theoretical knowledge and protection of COVID-19,and to evaluate the teaching plan and quality of online practice during COVID-19 pandemic period.Results:Compared with the offline teaching group in the same period of last year,the clinical practice teaching plan of online teaching group increased the number of the courses of 3 items including the relevant theoretical knowledge of COVID-19,six-step washing hand operation,and correct operation of picking and wearing medical surgical mask.And the total number of class hours increased by 19 hours,and the teaching of operation skills was changed from offline operation exercise to watching operation videos.There were no significant differences between online teaching group and offline teaching group in the achievement of the theoretical examination of special course,the comprehensive ability of theoretical teaching,the abilities of literature review and review writing(t=100.39,t=99.23,t=124.72,P>0.05),respectively.The total score of online teaching group was 94.32±2.77 score in the COVID-19 theoretical knowledge questionnaire star examination paper and the examination of protection operation process,which showed favorable teaching effect.Conclusion:The quality of
