摘　　要：地方高校如何有效地进行转型升级发展,是新时代继续教育面临的迫切任务。池州学院在实践中不断探索、总结经验、升华认知、理性思考,探寻继续教育转型升级路径,谋求未来发展的着力点。It is an urgent task for the continuing education of local colleges and universities in the new period to effectively carry out the transformation and upgrading development.In practice,Chizhou University constantly explores,sums up experience,sublimates cognition,thinks rationally,explores paths,and seeks the focal point of future transformation and upgrading development.
