当代大学生使用手机对学习和生活的影响研究

摘　　要：随着现代科技的发展,手机逐渐成为大学生的生活必需品,大学生的日常学习和生活都离不开手机。一方面,手机为大学生提供了广阔的学习平台、海量的学习资源、便捷的生活方式、信息化的工作方式;另一方面,学生对手机的过分依赖和不合理利用也造成了许多问题,如游戏成瘾、追剧耗时等,影响了学习和生活,甚至产生了生理和心理健康问题。因此,分析和研究当代大学生的手机运用情况具有重要的现实意义。该文采用问卷和访谈的方式,从大学生使用手机的时长、时间分配和使用范围出发,研究大学生使用手机获得的益处和受到的影响,并有针对性地提出了具体的解决方案和建议。With the development of modern technology,the mobile phone has gradually become a daily necessity of contemporary college students,and their daily life and study are inseparable from the mobile phone.On the one hand,mobile phones provide college students with a broader learning platform,massive learning resources,convenient lifestyles,and information-based working methods,but on the other hand,students'over-reliance and irrational use of mobile phones have also brought many problems.For example,their study and life are affected by addiction to games and time consumption in following TV series,which even cause physical and mental health problems.Therefore,it is of important practical significance to analyze and research contemporary college students'use of mobile phones.In terms of the duration and time allocation,and the scope of mobile phone use among college students,this paper uses questionnaires and interviews to study the benefits and effects of mobile phone use by college students,and proposes specific solutions and suggestions.
