奥沙利铂联合替吉奥的新辅助化疗方案治疗进展期胃癌的临床研究

摘　　要：目的评估奥沙利铂联合替吉奥新辅助化疗方案术前治疗进展期胃癌患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析2014年9月至2017年8月于中山大学附属第一医院胃肠外科中心治疗的53例进展期胃癌患者的临床资料。患者于胃癌根治术前行奥沙利铂联合替吉奥新辅助化疗。本文分析临床疗效、预后及不良反应。结果所有患者均完成2个周期或以上的化疗。客观缓解率为60.4%,疾病控制率为96.2%。完全缓解3例,部分缓解29例,病情稳定19例,病情进展2例。患者3年总生存率为58.5%。完全缓解和部分缓解的患者总生存率较病情稳定和病情进展的患者有获益,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥沙利铂联合替吉奥方案用于进展期胃癌的新辅助化疗具有较高的有效性和安全性。化疗达到缓解的患者较其他患者的预后更好。ObjectiveTo evaluated the clinical efficacy and safety of oxaliplatin combined with S-1 in neoadjuvant chemotherapy for advanced gastric cancer.MethodFrom September 2014 to August 2017,the clinical data of 53 patients with advanced gastric cancer in Center of Gastrointestinal Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital were analyzed.The patients were given neoadjuvant chemotherapy with oxaliplatin plus S-1.We analyzed clinical efficacy,prognosis and side reactions.ResultEach patient was given 2 or more cycles of chemotherapy.The effective rate is 60.4%and disease control rate is 96.2%.3 patients achieved complete response,29 patients achieved partial response,19 patients were in stable disease,2 patients appeared progressive disease.The 3-year overall survival rate is 58.5%.Patients in complete response and partial response have better overall survival rate than those in stable disease and progressive disease group.The difference is significant.ConclusionOxaliplatin combined with S-1 as neoadjuvant chemotherapy shows good efficacy and safety.Patients achieved response have better prognosis.
