摘　　要：目的:探讨不同矫治技术分别运用于成人牙周病的效果。方法:选取2016年5月-2017年5月于本院收治的牙周病成人患者42例,按简单随机化法分为对照组(21例)和观察组(21例)。对照组运用传统矫治,观察组运用隐形矫治器治疗。比较两组临床疗效、牙周相关指数及炎症反应情况。结果:治疗后,观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);两组牙周袋深度(PD)、牙龈指数(GI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)低于对照组(P<0.05);白细胞介素-2(IL-2)高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与传统矫治相比,无托槽隐形矫治器治疗效果更佳,可促进患者牙周健康,改善患者的炎性因子水平。Objective:To investigate the effect of different orthodontic treatments on adult periodontal disease.Method:A total of 42 adult patients with periodontal disease admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to may 2017 were randomly divided into the control group (21 cases) and the observation group (21 cases).The control group was treated with traditional orthodontic treatment,and the observation group was treated with invisible appliance.The clinical efficacy,periodontal index and inflammatory reaction were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).The periodontal pocket depth (PD),gingival index (GI),gingival sulcus bleeding index (SBI) between the two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05).The levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05);the level of interleukin-2 (IL-2) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effect of invisible appliance without bracket is better than traditional orthodontic treatment,which can promote periodontal health and improve the level of inflammatory factors.
