摘　　要：在剖析当前我国农村水系生态环境存在的主要问题及成因的基础上,结合我国未来经济社会发展态势和价值取向,提出了农村水系生态环境整治的主要对策:一是把握好五个关键“要点”,包括贯彻生态理念、分区精准施策、开展系统治理、分清轻重缓急、强化方案论证;二是以流域水系为单元,集中连片、统筹推进农村水系连通与生态环境整治行动;三是以河长制湖长制为依托,完善农村河湖管理的体制机制。Main current eco-environmental problems of rural water system are evaluated.Considering future economic and social development trend and value orientation of China,measures for eco-environment improvement of rural water system are proposed.The first measure is to focus on five key respects of sticking to ecological-friendly concept,applying targeted measures,carrying out systematic governance,setting up priorities and upgrading quality of rural water system.The second is to promote connectivity of water system and restore ecological environment by taking river basin as a unit.The third is to perfect rural river and lake management system and mechanism under the river-lake chief system.
