摘 要:研究通过显微组织、拉伸性能及成形极限对HC550/980DP和HC600/980QP两种材料的成形性进行比较,说明HC550/980DP材料的拉深成形特点,并对某车型纵梁应用HC550/980DP材料进行开发,通过优化工艺排布、改善拉深变形条件和增设侧整形工序实现超高强度制件的开发,成形制件质量减轻20%以上,在超高强钢制件设计中应充分考虑强度提升带来的板料成形性降低和回弹增大的影响,以提高制件可制造性。The formability of HC550/980DP and HC600/980QP were compared by researching the microstructures,drawing properties and forming limit curves.According to the drawing characteristics of HC550/980DP,its application in a front side member was developed.The ultra-high strength steel part was successfully developed by optimizing the process of scheduling,improving the conditions of deformation and adding side sizing processes,and achieving more than 20% lightweight for parts.It was pointed out that in the design of ultra-high-strength steel parts,full consideration should be given to the effect of increased strength on reducing formability and increasing springback,so as to improve the manufacturability of parts.
