The continuous sharing of personal knowledge is an important way to generate collective wisdom, and the research on the continuous sharing of knowledge in the environment of blended learning is rather important to the promotion of the effect of blended learning.According to the expectation-confirmation model and self-decide theory, this article has constructed hypothesis model and has tested and verified the research hypothesis through questionnaire survey. This research has found that expectation-confirmation,satisfactory degree, attribution needs, perceived usefulness, autonomous demand are the elements of influencing students to proceed continuous sharing of knowledge.Satisfactory degree is the kernel variable of the mechanism of continuous sharing of knowledge, and functions as medium towards other variables, and on such basis, has formed direct and indirect action paths. On the basis of the above research conclusions, the author has put forward strategies of promoting students’willing of continuous sharing of knowledge, like promoting satisfactory degree of study, laying down reasonable incentive mechanism, fostering a good collective atmosphere, focusing on students’autonomous needs, establishing the mechanism of information screening and control, etc.
