摘 要:目的探索一种确定气相色谱法快速测定蔬菜水果中敌敌畏和乙酰甲胺磷残留量的最佳净化条件的科学方法,以获得最理想的快速同时测定多批量蔬菜水果中乙酰甲胺磷和敌敌畏残留量的结果。方法以3因素3水平,即活性炭用量分别为0.1 g、0.2 g和0.3 g,振摇时间分别为10 min、20 min和30 min,振摇温度分别为20℃、30℃和40℃,按正交设计实验,以敌敌畏和乙酰甲胺磷回收率为考察指标,应用Excel处理数据,通过极差和方差分析,确定影响敌敌畏和乙酰甲胺磷回收率的主次因素,从而确定最佳净化条件。结果以活性炭用量0.2 g、振摇时间10 min、振摇温度20℃为最佳条件,敌敌畏和乙酰甲胺磷回收率最理想。结论正交法优选气相色谱法快速测定蔬菜水果中乙酰甲胺磷和敌敌畏残留量的净化条件并以Excel处理数据,能方便快捷地获得理想的敌敌畏和乙酰甲胺磷残留量测定结果,为确定优化条件提供了科学的方法。OBJECTIVE To explore a scientific method to determine the optimal purification conditions for the rapid determination of acephate and dichlorvos residues in fruits and vegetables by gas chromatography.METHODS With 3 factors 3 levels,namely the dosage of activated carbon were 0.1 g and 0.2 g and 0.3 g,shaking time respectively for 10 min,20 min and 30 min,shaking temperature for 20℃and 30℃and 40℃respectively.According to the orthogonal design experiments,regard dichlorvos and acephate recovery as examining index,use Excel to process data,through the range and variance analysis,to determine the primary and secondary influencing factors of the recovery of acephate and dichlorvos,so as to determine the optimal purification conditions.RESULTS The recovery dichlorvos and acephate is the most ideal on this condition that used 0.2 g activated carbon dosage,the shaking time was 10 min,and the shaking temperature was 20℃.CONCLUSION Using Gas chromatography which is preferred by orthogonal method to determine purification condition of acephate and dichlorvos residues in fruits and vegetables and processing the data by Excel can obtain the ideal determination results of dichlorvos and acephate residues quickly and conveniently,providing a scientific method for determining optimization conditions.
