摘　　要：将2008年底中国第三次专利法的修订看成一项准自然实验,基于2005—2015年中小企业板和创业板数据,采用连续型倍差法(DID)探讨知识产权制度改进对科技型企业信贷融资的作用效果。研究发现:中国知识产权制度的改进能够显著地增加科技型企业信贷融资的金额,同时也能够降低科技型企业信贷融资的成本,但是没有改变科技型企业信贷融资的期限结构。This paper regards the revision of China’s Third Patent Law at the end of 2008 as a quasi-natural experiment.Based on the micro-data of SME board and GEM board from 2005 to 2015,the effect of the improvement of intellectual property protection on credit financing of science and technology enterprises is studied by using the continuous multiple difference method(DID).It has found that the improvement of China’s intellectual property system can significantly increase the amount of financing credit for science and technology enterprises,and reduce the cost of financing credit for science and technology enterprises,but it has not changed the term structure of those enterprises.
