摘 要:以某山区隧道路面工程项目为例,运用ABAQUS有限元软件对隧道的进口段路面进行数值模拟,分析其夏季最高温和冬季最低温下的隧道进口段复合式路面结构的纵向温度和温度梯度的变化。结果表明:①在夏季阶段,隧道洞口到洞内40 m路面纵向日均温度变化较大,温度先小幅度升高,然后急剧下降;洞内40 m后纵向温度趋于稳定且基本为一条直线;在冬季阶段,隧道洞口到洞内30 m处温度急剧上升,然后趋于稳定。②夏冬季日均温度梯度纵向变化在洞口到洞内40 m处变化较大,洞内40 m后温度梯度纵向变化趋于稳定。③复合式路面在夏季各结构层温度随结构深度的增加而降低,且温度梯度随着结构深度的增加而升高,但沥青面层温度梯度大于混凝土结构层;冬季则呈现相反趋势。④隧道路面结构及材料的设计应与一般路面有所不同;对已投入使用但未出现明显病害的隧道路面进口段可采取预防性养护。This paper takes a tunnel pavement engineering project in a mountain area as an example,and uses ABAQUS finite element software to conduct numerical simulation of the tunnel entrance pavement,and analyzes the change of longitudinal temperature and temperature gradient of the composite pavement structure in the tunnel entrance at the highest temperature in summer and the lowest temperature in winter.The results show that:(1)In summer,the longitudinal average daily temperature of 40m road between the tunnel opening and the cave changes greatly,and the temperature rises slightly at first and then drops sharply.After 40m road in the tunnel,the longitudinal temperature tends to be stable and basically a straight line.In winter,the temperature between the tunnel opening and 30m inside the tunnel rises sharply and then tends to be stable.(2)The longitudinal change of average daily temperature gradient in summer and winter varies greatly from 40m of the cave to 40m of the cave,and the longitudinal change of temperature gradient tends to be stable after 40m of the cave.(3)In summer,the temperature of each structure layer of composite pavement decreases with the increase of structure depth,and the temperature gradient increases with the increase of structure depth,but the temperature gradient of asphalt surface layer is greater than that of concrete structure layer.While it shows the opposite trend in winter.(4)The structure and material design of tunnel pavement should be different from that of ordinary pavement.Preventive maintenance can be adopted for the entrance section of tunnel road pavement which has been put into use but no obvious disease appears.
