摘 要:小学教育专业是教师教育体系中的重要组成部分,小学教育本科人才培养质量直接关系到我国基础教育事业的整体质量。对我国233所高校的小学教育专业人才培养目标进行分析发现,小学教育专业基本指向小学教育专门人才的培养,在规格要求上强调一专多能、体现时代特色,在教师素养方面坚持德才兼备、注重创新实践。在师范专业认证的大背景下,各培养单位要秉持人才培养的"系统观""本体观""特色观"和"区域观",优化小学教育专业人才培养目标定位,引领小学教育人才培养质量不断提升。Primary education is an important part of the teacher education system, and the quality of undergraduate personnel training in primary education is directly related to the overall quality of basic education in China. The analysis of the training target of primary education professionals in 233 colleges and universities in China shows that the primary education profession basically points to the training of specialized personnel in primary education, emphasizes one specialty and multiple abilities and embodies the characteristics of the times in the specification requirements, and adheres to both virtue and innovation practice in the quality of teachers. Under the background of teacher training professional certification, each training unit should uphold the "system view", "ontology view", "characteristic view" and "regional view" of personnel training, optimize the goal orientation of professional training in primary education, and continuously improve the quality of talent training in primary education.
