摘　　要：以非道路国三柴油发动机的工作原理为切入点,分析集装箱空箱堆高机排气烟度值超标的原因,介绍对应的处理方法,提出对设备发动机的维保建议;根据新国标环保要求,提出工程机械要从传统的性能为主的维护保养工作,升级为兼顾环保要求的维护保养工作。Taking the working principle of the non-road national third-engine diesel engine as the starting point,the reasons why the exhaust smoke value of the empty container handler exceeds the standard are analyzed,the corresponding treatment methods are introduced,and the maintenance recommendations for the equipment engine are proposed.Under the new national standard environmental protection requirements,it is proposed that construction machinery should be upgraded from the traditional performance-based maintenance work to the maintenance work that takes into account environmental protection requirements.
