摘　　要：管理学界的全盘西化现象比较普遍,建立中国管理学话语体系的呼声日益增强。中西方两种截然不同的思维方式,是观察和解读世界的两个不同视角。在天人对立的思维方式影响下,西方管理学擅长管理科学,其管理哲学建立在新教伦理基础之上。在天人合一的思维方式影响下,中国传统管理学擅长管理哲学,重视自我管理。冲破西方中心论,是建立中国管理学话语体系的前提。日本开启了西方管理科学与东方管理哲学交融的先河,两者的进一步融合是历史的必然。中西合璧的企业运营管理,是建立中国式企业管理的必由之路。The phenomenon of overall westernization in the field of management is quite common,and the voice of establishing the discourse system of Chinese management is increasing day by day.The two different ways of thinking in China and the West are two different perspectives of observing and interpreting the world.Under the influence of the way of thinking of the opposition between man and nature,western management is good at management science,and its management philosophy is based on Protestant ethics.Under the influence of the way of thinking of the unity of man and nature,traditional Chinese management is good at management philosophy and attaches importance to self-management.Breaking through the western centralism is the premise of establishing the discourse system of Chinese management.Japan has opened a precedent for the integration of Western management science and eastern management philosophy,and the further integration of the two is a historical necessity.The combination of Chinese and western enterprise operation management is the only way to establish Chinese enterprise management.
