摘　　要：通过就业信息系统的设计与实现,探索影响毕业生就业能力的关键因素,研究基于信息系统设计的信息管理与信息系统毕业生就业能力水平。通过能力设计和应用数据分析,总结高校在课程体系建设过程的要点和社会能力需求,为信息管理与信息系统毕业生提高就业能力,应对社会需求,加强课程体系建设等提出具体建议。Through the design and implementation of the employment information system,the study explores the key factors affecting the employability of graduates,and studies the employability of graduates in the major of information management and information system based on the design of the information system.Through ability design and application data analysis,the study summarizes the key points and social ability needs in the course system construction process of colleges and universities,and puts forward specific suggestions for graduates from information management and information system to improve their employability,respond to social needs,and strengthen the course system construction.
