摘　　要：木薯(Manihot esculenta Crantz)具有单产高、土壤肥力要求低、田间管理粗疏、淀粉含量高等特点,是玉米等能量饲料的最佳替代品。然而,不同加工工艺和氢氰酸等抗营养因子会影响木薯产品的营养价值。本文全面介绍了木薯的营养特性,详细总结了木薯作为能量饲料在猪、肉鸡和蛋鸡饲粮中的添加比例、应用过程中的问题及解决方案。Cassava(Manihot escutenta Crantz)has high yield of carbohydrate and can thrive in poor soil,requires low labor to take care,and its starch is highly available.Therefore,it is becoming one of the most important substitutes for energy feed such as corn.However,its nutritional value will be affected by processing methods and antinutritional factors such as cyanide.This article seeks to introduce the nutritional characteristics of cassava,the proportion of cassava as an energy feed in the diets of pigs,broilers and layer hens,and the problems and solutions during its utilization.
