摘 要:目的探讨弹性成像技术在经直肠前列腺活检中的应用。方法选取2019年8月-2020年8月泌尿外科疑似前列腺癌且行经直肠前列腺穿刺活检的住院患者13例,活检前使用弹性成像技术确定穿刺部位,为观察组。另选取2018年10月-2019年7月泌尿外科疑似前列腺癌且行经直肠前列腺活检的住院患者15例,常规穿刺,为对照组。结果观察组穿刺活检阳性率有所提高,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论弹性成像技术在经直肠前列腺活检中具有有效意义。Objective To explore the application of elastic imaging in transrectal prostate biopsy. Methods From August 2019 to August 2020, 13 hospitalized patients with suspected prostate cancer who underwent transrectal prostate biopsy in the urology department of our hospital were selected as the observation group. Before the biopsy, the puncture site was determined by elastic imaging technology. In addition, 15 inpatients with suspected prostate cancer who underwent transrectal prostate biopsy in the urology department of our hospital from October 2018 to July 2019 were selected,conventional puncture,as the control group. Results The positive rate of puncture biopsy in the observation group was increased, P<0.05, which was statistically significant. Conclusions Elastic imaging is effective in transrectal prostate biopsy and can be widely used in clinic.
