摘　　要：目的评价超选择性髂内动脉栓塞术治疗晚期前列腺癌合并难治性出血的安全性及疗效。方法应用弹簧钢圈及聚乙烯醇颗粒,对2例晚期前列腺癌合并难治性出血患者进行超选择性髂内动脉栓塞术,观察其临床疗效。结果本组2例超选择性髂内动脉栓塞术均获成功,术后出血症状明显改善,持续监测血红蛋白、红细胞压积保持平稳,分别随访44、4个月,无再发严重出血。结论超选择性髂内动脉栓塞术治疗晚期前列腺癌难治性出血安全、有效,值得临床选用。Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of superselective internal iliac artery embolization in the treatment of advanced prostate cancer complicated with refractory hemorrhage.Methods Two patients with advanced prostate cancer complicated with intractable hemorrhage were treated with superselective internal iliac artery embolization by using spring coil and polyvinyl alcohol particles.Results Both operations were successful.Bleeding was effectively controlled.Hemoglobin and hematocrit remained stable.The patients were followed up for 4 and 44 months respectively,and no serious bleeding recurred.Conclusion Superselective internal iliac artery embolization is safe and effective in the treatment of refractory bleeding in advanced prostate cancer patients.
