摘 要:为提高草木犀利用率,试验研究不同比例草木犀与玉米秸秆混合青贮对青贮品质的影响。草木犀与玉米秸秆比例分别为9:1(T1)、8:2(T2)、7:3(T3)、6:4(T4)。结果表明:草木犀与玉米秸秆混合青贮随着草木犀比例的降低,可以提高混合青贮的色香味和质地。T3组青贮60 d时,pH值为3.77,粗蛋白(CP)损失率为3.56%,显著低于其他组(P<0.05);T3组NH3-N/TN含量显著低于T1、T2组(P<0.05),乳酸(LA)含量从0.76%上升到4.35%,乙酸(AA)含量从0.14%上升到1.56%,显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。通过青贮营养成分和发酵品质综合评价,推荐草木犀与玉米秸秆混合青贮比例为7:3。In order to improve the utilization rate of sweet clover,the effect of different ratios of silage of sweet clover and corn stalk on the quality of silage.The ratio of sweet clover and corn stalk was respectively 9:1(T1),8:2(T2),7:3(T3),6:4(T4).The results showed that the mixed silage of sweet clover and corn stalk can increase the color,fragrance and texture of the mixed silage as the proportion of sweet clover decreases;on the 60 d of T3 silage,the pH value was 3.77,CP loss rate was 3.56%,which was significantly lower than other treatments(P<0.05).The content of NH3-N/TN in T3 was significantly lower than that in T1 and T2(P<0.05).The LA content increased from 0.76%to 4.35%,and the AA content increased from 0.14%to 1.56%,which was significantly higher than other treatments(P<0.05).The nutritional components and fermentation quality of silage were comprehensively evaluated.It was recommended that the ratio of sweet clover and corn stalk mixed silage was 7:3.
